How did the introduction of rainwater into the household fare? Various investigations completed by water companies found quite categorically that there was no difference in the hygienic criteria between using rainwater or mains water for washing. This is also confirmed by major industries, such as the German Institute for Maintenance and Rainwater Usage.

Enhanced Capital Allowance

Our Rewatec tanks and rainwater equipment now qualify for Enhanced Capital Allowance. This means that if a customer were to use these systems for a business — i.e. irrigating plants in a nursery, or washing down vehicles as part of their business — they could offset 100% of the cost of the system against their taxable profit in the first year that the capital investment — i.e. the purchase — was made.
